This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive environment, handling your own caseload while gaining exposure to complex and high-value claims.The RoleWorking alongside experienced Medical Negligence specialists, you will:• Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters with appropriate supervision• Assist on complex and high-value claims• Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and healthcare providers• Draft legal documents and prepare matters for settlement negotiations and court proceedings• Provide clear, empathetic and practical advice to clients throughout the claims process• Play an active role in the continued growth of the departmentAbout YouTo be considered, you will:• Be a Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE• Have experience in Medical Negligence, Personal Injury or Litigation, gained through a training contract or previous role• Possess excellent communication and client care skills• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail• Demonstrate strong drafting and case management abilities• Be proactive, driven and committed to delivering exceptional client serviceThe FirmThis well-established regional practice has an excellent reputation for both client care and employee development.
