Medical Negligence Solicitor - Northampton - Up to £70,000 - REF941620RR

This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established national law firm known for delivering specialist legal advice to both individuals and businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, the Clinical Negligence department is now looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen the team.

You'll be joining a supportive and expert-led environment where you'll gain exposure to complex, high-quality clinical negligence work with strong progression opportunities.

The Role
  • Handle your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
  • Investigate and litigate multi-track matters under supervision
  • Progress cases efficiently and proactively through all stages
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and internal performance targets
  • Draft key legal documents and correspondence
  • Work closely with medical experts and counsel where required
  • Deliver strong client care throughout the lifecycle of each case
  • Support a collaborative, specialist clinical negligence team
  • This is a strong opportunity to develop within a respected national practice handling high-quality work
About You
  • Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+)
  • Experience managing your own caseload
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client care ability
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Passion for Clinical Negligence work
