Medical Category Manager - Hybrid Sourcing Leader

NHS is seeking a Category Manager in Cardiff to lead the National Medical Sourcing team. This role includes developing strategies, managing procurement projects, and ensuring compliance while delivering savings for Health Boards in Wales. A flexible hybrid working model is available after induction. Ideal candidates will have strong procurement experience with a focus on continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, and preferably be CIPS qualified. Knowledge of the Welsh language is a plus.
