What You'll Be Doing Supporting practical lessons across Music, Drama and Performing Arts. Maintaining recording studios, rehearsal spaces and performance venues. Operating and maintaining professional sound, lighting and AV equipment. Supporting academy productions, concerts, performances and events. Recording and editing audio and video content. Supporting live streaming and digital media projects. Maintaining inventories of technical equipment and resources. Training and supporting students in technical theatre and production skills. Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used safely. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with sound, lighting, media, AV or production equipment. Has excellent organisational and communication skills. Can troubleshoot technical issues confidently. Is flexible and willing to support events outside normal working hours when required. Enjoys working with young people and supporting their development. Shares our commitment to inclusion, aspiration and excellence.
