Media Solutions Engineer - £60K-£75K DOE The Business

An established, independent digital consultancy working at the intersection of media, data, and technology. The company partners with major brands and public-sector organisations, helping them solve complex problems through bespoke technical solutions.

The Role

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building and maintaining tools used by both internal teams and external clients.

You'll work across data, automation, and emerging AI-driven workflows, contributing directly to the design, delivery, and evolution of technical solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining internal and client-facing tools
• Developing data pipelines and lightweight ETL workflows
• Working on a shared internal tooling platform used across teams
• Delivering custom technical solutions aligned to client innovation roadmaps
• Contributing to broader data and technology strategy discussions
• Explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Supporting adoption through documentation and training

The Profile

• Around 3-4 years' experience building production-grade tools or applications
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript background (not Python-led)
• Recent hands-on exposure to AI or agent-style workflows (commercial or serious side projects)
• Experience working in cloud environments, ideally GCP, with AWS or Azure also relevant
