The Role

As Mechanical Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day mechanical installation works on a new-build performance venue, which forms part of a wider multi-acre campus transformation. The broader scheme incorporates leisure, entertainment and commercial elements, providing outstanding long-term project exposure.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing mechanical installations on site from early stages through to completion
Coordinating labour, subcontractors and daily site activities
Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements
Working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager, Electrical teams and overall Project Lead
Monitoring quality, compliance and progress, addressing issues proactively
Representing the contractor during site meetings with the client, consultants and main contractor

Experience Required

Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on major London projects
Solid understanding of mechanical building services installations
Ability to manage subcontractor teams and maintain a well organised site
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands on approach Package
