Mechanical Services Operations Manager

Join a progressive and ambitious team delivering technically challenging projects across a wide range of sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Operations Manager to support the continued growth of our Central region.

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of HVAC projects, with a strong emphasis on in-house/self-delivery.
• Manage operational performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Support pre-construction activity, including estimating and planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site and project teams to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to build strong, long-term relationships.

• Proven experience in delivering mechanical/HVAC services within the building services sector.
• Strong operational management skills, ideally gained from a self-delivery background.
• Ability to manage multiple, varied projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills.
