Mechanical Quantity Surveyor - (Rotation to Sweden)

Join a global engineering contractor working on large-scale, high-profile projects across Europe. Based in Sweden, this role offers the opportunity to work with a leading contractor and contribute to mechanical and Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and valuations for mechanical works on major projects.
• Analyze tender documents and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct contract administration including managing payments, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control throughout all project phases.
• Provide detailed reports on financial forecasts, cost control measures, and project performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical quantity surveying, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial management practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Sweden or travel on rotation.
