Senior Mechanical Project Manager - M&E

Due to retirement, a Senior Mechanical Project Manager is required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. Overseeing around 5 projects at any one time and managing all sub-contract labor, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Established Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of managing commercial / industrial installation.
• Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge (plumbing / pipework bias).
• Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
• Procurement knowledge.
• Happy to travel nationally when required.

Package:

• Total package £86,000.
• Base salary around £60,000.
• Bonus based on gross profit, typically around £20,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent).
• £6000 car allowance.
• 33 days holiday.
