Russell Taylor Group is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to start immediately in West London. Our client, a well-established Mechanical Services contractor based in London, works with industry-renowned companies and has built a reputation for high standards of delivery.

The company specializes in delivering high-quality workmanship and service, focusing on building new and existing client relationships. They undertake projects including New Build, Shell & Core Refurbishment, and Fast Track Fit Out work, with project sizes ranging from circa £500k to £5M.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the Mechanical sector. Experience with Airport projects or similar is preferred, handling projects valued between £500k and £6 million. The current project involves six existing buildings requiring stripping, fit-out, ductwork, and pipework installation, with upgrades to pumps and chillers. The project duration is approximately 35 weeks per building, with an overall timeline of 3 years. The candidate should have experience delivering high-standard projects, working closely with Tier 1 M&E Contractors, and be motivated to produce excellent results.
