Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of mechanical building services design for large-scale building projects.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, efficient designs.
  • Produce high-quality technical specifications, calculations, and reports.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through rigorous review and coordination.
  • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and delivery within agreed timescales.
  • Use BIM and relevant software tools to produce accurate and sustainable designs.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in building services design.
  • Working towards or holding membership of a relevant professional body such as CIBSE.
  • Skilled in low-carbon, sustainable design principles and proficient with IES, BIM, or similar software tools.
  • Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
