MDM Platform Administrator- NL- 3 months +

We're seeking an experienced MDM Platform Administrator/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and operate a cloud-native Master Data Management platform built on Informatica IDMC. You will focus on platform stability, security, performance, and automation across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities (Technical Focus)

Platform Operations

• Operate and maintain Informatica IDMC services (MDM SaaS, CDI, CAI, CDQ, CDGC).
• Ensure platform availability, performance, resilience, and stability.
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

Secure Agent & Infrastructure

• Install, configure, patch, and manage Informatica Secure Agents in Azure.
• Manage scaling, HA configurations, and runtime isolation.
• Handle networking, Firewall rules, DNS, certificates, and connectivity.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, IDMC Operational Insights).
• Troubleshoot platform issues and lead or support incident response and RCA.
• Implement post-incident improvements.

Security & Access

• Manage IDMC access control, roles, and permissions.
• Support SSO integrations (SAML/Azure AD).
• Ensure secure handling of secrets and compliance with industry security standards.

Automation & CI/CD

• Automate operational tasks using scripts, pipelines, and IaC.
• Improve platform reliability through automation, tooling, and standardisation.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms in Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and runtime environments.
• Background in SRE, DevOps, or platform operations.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and RCA.
• Good knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and SSO (SAML/Azure AD).
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Secure Agent HA patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure Landing Zones.
• Exposure to MDM, data governance, or data quality platforms.
• Relevant certifications (Azure, SRE, Kubernetes, etc.).

Assignment details

• Start: As soon as possible
• Duration: 3 months, with option to extend
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Netherlands (onsite)
• Contract type: Freelance
• Rate: Depending on experience
