The successful candidate will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 teaching depending on experience and the needs of the school.

The Role

• Teach engaging, well-planned Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Support students in achieving their full potential through high-quality teaching and effective assessment.
• Create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the continued success of the Maths department and wider school community.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• A passion for mathematics and inspiring young people to succeed.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers are welcomed.

Elementa is the recruiting partner therefore applicants being considered for the role after pre-screening will be required to complete the registration process for Elementa. This includes full vetting,background & referencing checks and application for aDBS Enhanced Disclosure (which may be chargeable at £64.20) unless you have a current DBS on the update service.
