THE ROLE

• Subject: Maths
• Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
• Start: September 2026
• Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Year Groups: KS3 & KS4
• KS5: Desirable
• Contract potential: Permanent opportunity available

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons, monitoring student progress and creating a positive classroom environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for Maths and helping young people succeed
• The ability to engage, motivate and inspire students
• High expectations of student achievement
• A positive and adaptable approach
• ECTs are very welcome to apply
