We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Lecturer to join our successful and supportive team at our Further Education college. Whether you have experience teaching GCSE, Functional Skills, or A Level Mathematics, we welcome applications from enthusiastic professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and inclusive maths lessons.
• Teach students across a range of qualifications, including GCSE and Functional Skills (A Level experience is desirable).
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners to achieve their full potential.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment that promotes achievement and wellbeing.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Participate in college events, tutorials, parents' evenings and professional development activities.

You will have:

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
• A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards one.
• Experience of teaching mathematics in Further Education, Secondary Education or a related setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
• The ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve excellent outcomes.
