Sophisticated frauds, involving grooming of targeted individuals, shows the fake recruiter asking the unsuspecting job seeker to take part in a fake job interview, either over the phone or via WhatsApp, and also sending fraudulent follow-up correspondence offering job positions.

Any communication about jobs at Oxford University Hospitals will come from 'Trac', or via an ouh.nhs.uk email address.

All meetings and interviews will be scheduled on Microsoft Teams from a verified OUH email account.

Job overview To act as the representative for digital adoption at a Divisional level, working in partnership with their Senior MIL and the CNIO.

Reach out to, and collaborate with, organisational clinical Digital projects which may have a direct impact on patient care, in association with the CNIO and DNIL team.

To use clinical and organisational experience to benefit and enhance organisational systems utilising a similar ethos and workflow.

To develop measures to evaluate the success digital adoption, report results and refine processes, as necessary.

To seek opportunities which may benefit from, or contribute toward, IT projects developing across the OUH Trust, aligning these with the core OUH digital ethos.

To be mindful of projects which may benefit from EPR functionality and work with these teams to provide meaningful outcomes beneficial to all.

To support and develop associated IT projects in order to raise the profile of the Trust on a national and international level, by working with CNIO and CCIO, to support publications and presentations at a national and international level.

Lead on optimising and integrating hardware and non-hardware application-based systems (handheld devices, tablet computers, iPads, web-based developments, paediatric and adult wristbands, barcode scanning and printers) to optimise clinical workflows.

To act at all times as an advocate for organisational digital alignment

Main duties of the job To act as a champion within their services for health informatics, facilitating safe and effective care.

To promote innovation and champion the development of an information culture that drives continuous improvement across the organisation.

To assist their services to ensure that they are using informatics to inform and monitor proposed service redesigns so that they are effective in improving clinical practice and patient outcomes

To assist in monitoring regional, national, and international development of health informatics and informatics standards, applying best practice within the services.

To work with the CNIO/Senior MIL in ensuring their services assess potential risks from informatics solutions from a clinical perspective, and to advise on actions that the organisation and suppliers may need to take in order to mitigate the risks

To engage and inform managerial staff from clinical areas on progress and of any barriers likely to risk the success of the project.

To contribute toward the collation and analyse of audit results and apply them to improve practice.

To explore opportunities for the introduction of new technology for additional clinical applications.

To be responsible for the education of staff regarding the project and to provide training programmes and training updates in clinical areas.

To work closely and collaboratively with their operational Senior DNIL to provide support to their allocated clinical area.

To deputise for their Senior DNIL as required.
