Material Planner

PE Globalis currently recruiting for aMaterial Plannerfor a leading multi-national manufacturing client based in Desford, Leicestershire.

This is an initial 12 month contract position, paying up to £15.93 per hour PAYE or £21.81 per hour Umbrella

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

• assisting customers with orders/queries and the timely receipt of product whilst also driving incremental sales with the assigned customer base.
• Providing technical information, entering, and expediting orders whilst handling customer problems with professionalism and efficiency to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.
• This role is analytical and requires a problem-solving mindset with the drive to serve our customers and exceed expectations. Whilst also building and maintaining strong professional relationships with our key partners globally.

Education/Experience

• Hands on experience in a logistics or supply chain role
• Experience in a customer facing role, dealing with orders/queries
• Data analysis experience using Excel (lookups and data analysis)
• Experience of Power BI, SQL nice to have
