Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes as a Chef de Partie
• Maintain top standards of food safety and hygiene
• Lead and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations
• Adapt to different kitchens while delivering consistent quality
• Work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a professional chef is essential for this role, with a minimum of 4 years' experience required
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures
• Level 2/3 Food Safety Certification
• Eligible to work in the UK
