Job Description

Master TechnicianSalary upto: £50,000 Basic £60,000 OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician to join a well-established and progressive automotive group. This is a key position within the workshop, suited to a highly skilled technician capable of handling the most complex diagnostic and technical challenges.You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high workshop standards while supporting and mentoring other technicians, all within a modern, well-equipped environment offering ongoing training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and complex repair work
  • Complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with manufacturer and safety standards
  • Diagnose and resolve complex faults across a wide range of vehicle systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians
  • Maintain efficiency and productivity within the workshop
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Master Technician (Level 3 IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in both diagnostics and general servicing/repair work
  • Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electrical diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and lead by example
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
