Job Description
Overview

We aim to be the leading home improvement company and grow the largest community of home improvers in the world. We're looking for someone to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the Master Data Development team to aid delivery of systems and processes for the Offer & Sourcing & Banner teams. This role focuses primarily on the co-ordination and support for the BPM and PMDM (Business Process Management, Product Master data Management) process flow.

To support the workflow team in capturing and documenting workflow screen and attributes to provide an aligned version of all workflows.

Responsibilities
  • To complete and update relevant documentation and system changes for the joiners, leavers and maintenance process
  • Maintenance of the PL/Vendor tables
  • Maintenance of the contact lists for change
  • Manage the action logs for various groups and chase actions
  • To keep all guides up to date on administration processes for the team
  • Help create presentation packs
  • Capture Minutes for meetings
  • Support user acceptance testing for release activity
  • Capturing screen shots for the change team
  • To support with analysis on data rejections being completed by the business
  • Maintain visio process maps for the workflow teams
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Master Development teams when requested
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience working in a project orientated environment
  • Technical knowledge SAP MasterData and supporting systems - including BPM workflow if possible
  • Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English - French language would be an asset
  • Organised and pragmatic
  • Ability to network with stakeholders, developers, designers and colleagues from other disciplines
