Martech Integration Manager

Reports to: Group Growth Marketing Lead
About the Role:
We're looking for a Martech Manager to take ownership of our marketing technology ecosystem across a diverse portfolio of 20+ software and payments brands. You'll lead the strategy, integration, and optimisation of our marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, driving better data, smarter workflows, and more effective go-to-market performance.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who can bridge the gap between marketing, operations, and technology, ensuring our tech stack empowers teams to deliver scalable, data-driven growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own a group-wide Martech strategy, ensuring tools and systems support efficient, insight-led marketing.
Manage and optimise the marketing automation and CRM ecosystem, including integrations with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot.
Partner with RevOps and brand marketing teams to improve lead flow, attribution, and campaign performance tracking.
Evaluate and implement new tools and automations to enhance lead nurturing, campaign management, and reporting.
Oversee data hygiene, governance, and compliance across the Martech stack.
Build and maintain documentation, training, and enablement to ensure adoption and best practices across brands.
Work cross-functionally with content, PPC, and SEO teams to deliver unified demand generation programs.
Stay up to date on Martech trends, AI-powered tools, and automation capabilities to continuously improve efficiency and performance.
About You5+ years' experience in Martech, marketing operations, or digital marketing roles with significant tech ownership.
Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data integration tools.
Experience managing complex Martech stacks across multiple brands or business units.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven success improving marketing efficiency, attribution accuracy, and lead-to-revenue performance.
Confident collaborator comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-brand environment.
Curious, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth.
