MARKETS BUSINESS SUPPORT INTERNSHIP

Free2Move eSolutions is a joint venture between Stellantis () and NHOA () ready to become an international leader in the design, manufacture and supply of e-mobility products and services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate or young professional Markets Business Support Intern to strengthen our Commercial team for the European Markets.

Activities:

• Management of customer contacts: collect, maintain and manage customer information databases within the SAP system
• Management of sales orders: from customer signature to invoicing
• Generate invoices and reports on commercial activities with client brands
• Support in the administrative management and in reporting activities related to local installers
• Actively engage in the implementation of automated sales order management flow and systems

Requirements and skills:

• Availability for a 6-month internship (curricular or extra-curricular)
• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Economics or Finance
• Fluency in English and in French (Spanish nice to have)
• Very good knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot table, advanced formulas and functions)
• Good understanding of accounting basics
• Nice to have: experience in using ERP (ideally SAP) and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment;
• Enthusiasm, proactivity and willingness to learn
