Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a leading global sportswear brand in the search for a Marketplace Operations Specialist to join their Marketplace Supply Chain team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an operations professional with experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Order Management, Logistics, or Commercial Operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Role Overview

As the Marketplace Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across distributor markets, acting as the key link between Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics, and external partners. You will support seasonal execution, manage operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketplace and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery performance.
• Support seasonal execution activities including order entry, shipping, delivery, and post-season operations.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify operational risks and proactively drive solutions.
• Monitor service levels and operational KPIs.
• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence across a complex international marketplace.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, Customer Operations, Logistics, Planning, or Order Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent English.

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)
