Marketplace & Performance Marketing Manager

About The Role

As the Marketplace & Performance Marketing Manager , you are the driving force behind our online growth in Northern Europe (Benelux, Nordics and UK&I). You will set the strategy for both our marketplace activities and our performance marketing campaigns. This means ensuring our products are optimally visible and converting on platforms such as Amazon, Bol and other key online players while also delivering maximum ROI from our paid media campaigns.

You will work in an international matrix structure: reporting to the Regional E-commerce Director and collaborating closely with global and local E-commerce teams and D2C teams .

The Impact You'll Make

• Develop and execute an integrated marketplace and performance marketing strategy for Northern Europe (Benelux, Nordics and UK&I).
• Manage and optimize product listings, content, ads, and pricing on marketplaces.
• Identify and act on new growth opportunities by improving assortment, campaigns, and conversion rates.
• Manage significant paid media budgets (SEA, social advertising, display, affiliate).
• Analyze data to maximize ROAS, revenue, and margin.
• Implement best practices and global guidelines in local campaigns.
• Coordinate campaigns with local marketers and external agencies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

• At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in marketplaces.
• Experience in international e-commerce or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Bol Retailer Platform, and marketplace advertising.
• Proven track record in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic).
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
