Archer Recruitment is hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to own our marketing function end-to-end, with full autonomy to drive growth and a clear path to Marketing Director.

For nearly 20 years, Archer has partnered with top pharma, medtech, finance, and banking organisations to build out high-performing IT teams across Ireland. As we scale further, we are creating this dedicated role to power our next phase of expansion.

This isn't a generalist, brand, or events role. It is a pure demand generation position measured on qualified meetings, new clients, and revenue generated.

• Track Pure Commercial Impact: Monitor full-funnel conversion rates and report strictly on bottom-line metrics: qualified meetings, new clients, and revenue generated.

• Proven Marketing Track Record: 3+ years in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, pipeline growth, or scaling a business.

• Driven & High-Impact Mindset: Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, and confident to back your ideas and push back to make the right call.
