Job Description
Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Consumer Marketing Manager within the Marketing Communications Team and is responsible for Brand and Performance marketing within the Consumer Marketing Team.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Communications Strategy: Support the execution of Three's Marketing annual plan, working closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager on communications and media across the Three brand.
  • Performance Marketing: Responsible for KPI and performance goal setting as well as analysis of campaign performance indicators to assess effectiveness across different marketing activities.
  • Marketing Team Planning and Alignment: Responsible for alignment with channel and sponsorship teams to maximise reach and effectiveness of consumer briefs. Campaign and Creative Development: Responsible for working with agencies and internal creative studio to develop a wide range of marketing outputs from campaigns to content, events, and collateral.
  • Campaign Management Experience: Responsible for media planning and booking marketing campaigns with agency teams and co-ordinating with stakeholders.
  • ATL Campaign and Production: Responsible for working with agencies to develop ATL campaigns including the creative process, production process and execution.
  • Agency Management: Responsible for working with agency teams including creative and media agencies as point of contact on various campaigns to brief, create and deliver marketing campaigns end to end.
  • Marketing Campaign Process: Work closely with the Marketing Communications and Channel teams to support the Marketing Campaign Process including Marketing Campaign Development, Execution and Post Campaign Analysis.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for maximising the marketing budget and supporting budgeting processes including Oracle and agency PO management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Working with cross functional teams e.g. Procurement, Legal, Props, Pricing, Finance where relevant and required during the Marketing campaign process.
  • Manufacturer Support: Responsible for working with manufacturers and cross functional teams to manage and co-ordinate quarterly Marketing support packages.
  • Brand Guardianship: Responsible for supporting all departments in ensuring the brand is consistent in internal and external communications. Ensuring achievement of all brand targets for Three with a strong understanding of our customer and how we can meet their functional and emotional needs.
Qualifications
  • 3-5years Consumer Marketing Experience
  • Campaignmanagement experience from briefing agencies, creative development throughto go live.
  • Abilityto manage paid marketing support with media agency through to postcampaign reviews
  • Abilityto project manage multiple projects and delver to tight timelines
  • Apassion for brands and marketing
  • Abilityto demonstrate a drive for results with in a pressurised environment
  • Commercialacumen with analytical approach
  • Strongpeople skills, ability to influence and achieve buy in from stakeholdersacross all levels
