Chroma ATE Europe B.V. is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to boost our brand visibility and support business growth through digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at Chroma ATE Europe B.V., you'll play key role in developing and executing marketing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and support business growth. The Marketing Specialist is also responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and implementing marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementation of social media strategies based on competitive research and audience targeting,
• Contributing to website development and managing web inquiries and analytics,
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels,
• Coordinating promotions, merchandising, and commercial collaborations,
• Creating engaging marketing materials-brochures, videos, web content, and more,
• Applying communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty,
• Gathering competitor insights and help turn them into clear, actionable presentations or reports,
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for marketing events,
• Organizing and overseeing trade shows, conventions, and product launches.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, and other marketing software.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
