About the Role

ZutaCore, a leader in liquid cooling solutions for waterless AI factories, seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team as a permanent contractor. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our marketing processes, focusing on lead qualification through ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and channel-based lead distribution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with HubSpot and a proven ability to drive marketing efficiency and sales pipeline success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize ZutaCore's HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless integration with marketing and sales processes.
  2. Create, implement, and maintain automated workflows to nurture leads and support personalized communications.
  3. Accurately pre-qualify leads based on ABM strategies and channel-based lead distribution criteria, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
  4. Develop and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and consistent communication throughout the sales funnel.
  6. Regularly audit and clean the HubSpot database to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  7. Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability and engagement.
  8. Contribute to the development of scalable processes to improve operational efficiency in marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Extensive experience with HubSpot (certifications preferred).
  2. Strong understanding of ABM, channel-based lead distribution, and lead qualification processes.
  3. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  4. Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and tools.
  5. Experience with creating efficient workflows and processes within HubSpot.
  6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
  8. Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations is a plus.
