Job Description

Contract: 12 months

We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can operate confidently in a fast-paced, global, and highly regulated environment. This role blends heavy operational responsibility with brand management, supporting a wide range of EMEA and global marketing initiatives.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, global teams, and multiple agencies - so confidence, organisation, and the ability to push back appropriately are key. This is ideal for someone with around 3-5 years' experience who can hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing

Operational marketing & contract management

  • Oversee third-party agency contracts (scope of work, renewals, admin, budgets).
  • Manage a handful of marketing agencies and ensure smooth delivery across workstreams.
  • Own budget tracking and day-to-day operational coordination previously sitting on a senior team member's workload.

Brand management & advisory support

  • Track brand usage in the market and maintain brand consistency (logos, assets, guidelines).
  • Act as a brand ambassador - advising teams, ensuring compliance, and keeping alignment with global standards.
  • Maintain direct contact with the US marketing team on updates, new branding, and global initiatives.

EMEA marketing support & activation

  • Support EMEA market activations and manage the central pot of marketing funds.
  • Lead the "Inspiring Women" event series - coordinating speakers, logistics, and overall delivery.
  • Support corporate sponsorships, copyright checks, and marketing governance.

Content, decks & reporting

  • Prepare decks, reports, and materials for senior audiences.
  • Support wider enterprise marketing and corporate public affairs activity.

What we're looking for

  • Around 3-5 years' experience in marketing within financial services, professional services, legal, or corporate environments.
  • Strong operational capability: contract management, budgets, agency coordination.
  • Confident working with very senior stakeholders and able to hold your own.
  • Experience supporting global or EMEA-wide marketing work (essential).
  • Team-player with tenacity, high attention to detail, and comfort with admin-heavy tasks in a regulated setting.
  • Able to juggle multiple workstreams at pace and maintain high quality.
