Our client, a highly successful and expanding e-commerce focused organisation in Limerick city centre, has engaged CPL to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and lead their marketing function during a period of significant growth across all their markets and business units.

The Job

As a key part of the management team and reporting directly to the site lead, you will drive business growth and ensure the ongoing success of the company's digital marketing programmes, communications projects and brand visibility.

More specifically this will include duties such as planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across markets, analysing campaign performance metrics, tracking growth targets, optimising the customer journey, collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts, staying informed on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies and mentoring junior colleagues.

Your Skills & Experience

• 3rd level degree qualified or above in marketing or a related discipline.
• 3-4+ years' relevant digital marketing and growth focused experience.
• Fully proficient with marketing analytics tools and digital platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to plan strategy and deliver on 360 marketing projects.
• Full and clean Irish driving license as there will be some very occasional travel required.

The Offer

The role is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, but expected to range up to approx. €60k + pension, annual bonus, other additional benefits and allowances on top.

This role will be initially fully office based in Limerick city centre but may in time move to a hybrid role.
