Job Description
About Corrata

Corrata is a rapidly growing, Irish-headquartered cybersecurity software company delivering market-leading mobile threat defence solutions to organisations around the world. We operate in a dynamic, fast-moving sector where the stakes are high and the opportunities are bigger. We're a team that moves quickly, thinks strategically, and is building something genuinely significant in the global cybersecurity landscape.

The Opportunity

This is Corrata's first dedicated marketing hire, and that's exactly what makes it so compelling. You won't be inheriting someone else's playbook. You'll be writing it. With full ownership of planning and delivery across all marketing channels, you'll have the scope, the seniority, and the support to build a world-class marketing programme from the ground up. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for designing and executing a comprehensive, integrated marketing programme spanning web, social media, content, events, PR, and both direct and partner sales channels. You will also play a key advisory role - helping senior management make informed decisions on the right mix of marketing activity across channels and budgets. This role is likely to suit a marketing professional who has honed their skills within the marketing team of a larger technology company, or in a B2B agency environment, and who is now ready to take the leap into full ownership of a marketing function. If you're energised by the idea of working at the heart of a rapidly growing Irish company in one of technology's most exciting sectors, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Planning and executing an integrated marketing programme across web, social, content, events, PR, and partner and direct sales channels
  • Advising senior management on the optimal channel mix and marketing investment strategy
  • Leading content creation and graphic design output across all channels
  • Managing SEO/SEM strategy and performance
  • Overseeing and optimising the company website
  • Managing relationships with third-party contractors, agencies, and suppliers
  • Owning and managing the marketing budget, maximising return on spend
  • Delivering all projects on time and to a high standard, with strong attention to detail throughout
Experience
  • At least 5 years' post-qualification marketing experience, with a significant portion in or on behalf of a B2B software product company
  • Extensive hands-on experience across content production, graphic design, SEO/SEM, web, and social media
  • Proven track record managing third-party agencies and contractors
  • Familiarity with a broad range of marketing tools; experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage
  • Degree-level qualification in marketing or a related discipline
Skills
  • Strong graphic design and content creation capability - you can produce as well as direct
  • Excellent project and task management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and meet deadlines consistently
  • Sharp attention to detail across all work outputs
  • A genuine flair for marketing and messaging - the ability to cut through technical jargon and communicate core value clearly and compellingly
  • Commercial acumen: comfortable managing budgets and optimising spend for maximum im
  • Full ownership of the marketing function
  • Direct reporting line to senior leadership with genuine strategic influence
  • Opportunity to build a marketing programme from scratch, not inherit legacy processes
  • Work in one of tech's fastest-growing sectors (cybersecurity)
  • Budget ownership and decision-making authority across channels
  • Being part of a rapidly scaling Irish-headquartered company with a global footprint
Hybrid/Remote working

Our preference is for hybrid working, with two days per week in our Blackrock offices, giving you regular face time with the team while keeping your week flexible. That said, we recognise that great talent isn't always around the corner. For the right candidate, we're open to discussing a remote arrangement with one day per month in the office.
