Job Description

• Implement and execute the European marketing strategy at the regional level
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns
• Actively support market access topics and reimbursement systems
• Take ownership of budget planning and ROI evaluation, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximising returns across all (marketing) initiatives
• Collaborate closely with leadership and sales as a business partner in marketing, with the goal of developing a collaborative strong marketing force for the region

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing
• 2-3 years of experience in the medical devices industry
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, and digital tools
• Strong communication skills including to customers and other stakeholders
• Initiative, hands-on mentality, and team spirit in an international matrix organisation
• Fluent in Dutch and English
