This opportunity is with a fast-growing DeFi protocol focused on improving the efficiency and safety of on-chain lending markets. The team is globally distributed, backed by well-known investors in the space, and building innovative infrastructure to support the next generation of decentralised finance users.

They are looking for a marketing manager to take ownership of brand, growth, and community strategy. In this role, you'll drive awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels, working closely with product and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive user growth
• Manage and scale social media presence and community engagement
• Create and oversee content including campaigns, product launches, and educational material
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and growth teams to align messaging

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing within DeFi, crypto, or fintech environments
• Strong understanding of the DeFi landscape and market trends
• Proven ability to grow and engage online communities
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
