What's the scope?

Temp Assignment: 6 months (extendable). Start date: July 2025.

As our Marketing Intern Southern Europe will support the brand marketing needs. In this role you will engage extensively with a series of internal and external stakeholders.

The Marketing Intern Southern Europe is an exciting opportunity within the Lee & Wrangler Marketing team, where you will give support in the day-to-day activities.

You will be able to experience a full collection life cycle. You'll be working cross marketing departments brand and digital which will enable you to experience marketing in all its aspects.

As our Marketing Intern Southern Europe, you will be responsible for

• Support the Marketing Manager Southern Europe to ensure the implementation and coordination of the global brands strategy into the region (Spain, Portugal, France & Italy).
• Contribute to develop operational 360marketing plans to be adapted by region and ensure local execution in collaboration with the Regional and HQ teams.
• Assist the team to organize Local Events.
• Support the PR & Digital PR activities.
• Manage and upload all the asset requests to our internal brand portal.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Manage monthly reporting. Evaluate executed plans according to pre-defined KPIs and share future insights and conclusions to make fact-based decisions towards future seasons.
• Evaluate trends and monitor and benchmark competitors' marketing activities in the region.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor/master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish & English, Italian/French is a plus.
• Internship Agreement with University/Educational Institution is required.
• Show a demonstrated interest in the Fashion and a passion for Denim.
• Team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Accurate, responsible, structured & timely & attention to detail.
• Great communication skills combined with administrative excellence.
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask.
• Maintains a level of flexibility and adapts to changes.
• Competent in Microsoft package. Adobe skills is a plus.
• Ability to think out of the box and suggest new ideas.
