Job Description

At Clinique La Prairie, we ve been pioneering science-based health and longevity since 1931. Today, we are bringing our unique blend of medical expertise and luxury wellness to international urban destinations with our Longevity Hubs.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in Montreux starting January 2026. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the launch and growth of our International expansion while gaining hands-on marketing experience in a prestigious, luxury setting.

To support our Marketing Department, we are looking for a motivated :

Marketing intern - International Longevity Hubs

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the International Marketing team in promoting Longevity Hubs within the Clinique La Prairie s global ecosystem. Working closely with the Head of International Marketing, external agencies, and internal teams, you will help implement initiatives that reinforce the brand s luxury positioning and support its international development strategy.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination of local marketing activities

  • Assist the Head of International Marketing in coordinating marketing plans between HQ and local markets
  • Assist the Head of International Marketing in ensuring consistent implementation of local campaigns
  • Support the maintenance and regular update of marketing guidelines, toolkits and communication materials

Performances Tracking and Reporting

  • Collect and consolidate marketing performances reports from local teams (KPIs, ROI, campaign results)
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of tracking tools and performance dashboards
  • Support data analysis and preparation of insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efficiency

Budget and administrative support

  • Assist in monitoring and updating marketing budgets
  • Support the preparation of expense reports and budget tracking files
  • Contribute to the development of internal presentations and reports related to budget and performance

Project management and cross functional coordination

  • Participate in the follow-up of international marketing projects
  • Support the preparation of presentations, project briefs, and progress reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or Hospitality
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing, communications, digital campaigns or social media is an advantage,
  • Interest or basic knowledge in health, wellness, or luxury hospitality is highly valued,
  • Fluent in English and French,
  • International Outlook and ability to adapt to a multicultural environment

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong motivation and passion for health, wellness, and luxury hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity to support premium brand storytelling.
  • Analytical and data-driven, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, reporting, performance tracking), with knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads; comfortable interpreting marketing metrics (engagement, reach, ROI)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and adaptable, eager to take initiative and learn new tools and methods.
  • Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating across departments and with external agencies.
  • Professional presence and cultural awareness, ensuring alignment with a luxury international brand.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

  • A full-time internship based in Montreux, starting mid-January 2026, for a duration of 6 to 12 months (a 12-month availability is preferred).
