Develop flagship content that establishes organizational authority on critical industry topics, emerging trends, and strategic priorities Identify and articulate emerging themes, market shifts, and strategic insights that position Citi as a forward-thinking industry leader Collaborate with subject matter experts across businesses to distill complex concepts into accessible, compelling narratives Establish and enforce editorial standards across all product and business unit content to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment Develop creative derivative assets from core content - repackaging flagship material into unique formats (e.g., infographics, executive briefs, social content, video scripts, data visualizations) purpose-built for marketing teams to activate across channels Digital fluency with understanding of content performance metrics, SEO, and emerging platforms Capacity to build consensus across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities Deep understanding of business strategy and how content drives commercial outcomes Cross-functional partnership skills to work effectively across silos Experience 12+ years of experience in content creation, journalism, strategic communications, or related fields Proven track record of creating thought leadership content that has shaped industry conversations and driven measurable business impact Demonstrated editorial leadership managing content across multiple business units, products, or publications Background in financial services, technology, consulting, or comparable complex industries preferred Job Family Group: Marketing Job Family: Marketing Generalist Time Type: Full time Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: ,00 € - ,00 € Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.
