As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering the marketing strategy that engages and supports Financial Advisers. You will manage projects across different jurisdictions, collaborating with stakeholders from across the business to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.

Main Responsibilities include:

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing activities for the Financial Adviser channel. This will involve a variety of responsibilities, including delivering campaigns, events, content and lead management.

Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop, manage, and implement the central marketing plan for Financial Advisers.

Campaigns: Support the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns designed to strengthen relationships with Financial Advisers, drive growth in our propositions and enhance engagement with key stakeholders. Ensure all campaigns are tracked and optimised.

Events: Assist in the planning and execution of high-quality events, including seminars, webinars, and other adviser-focused activities. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events meet strategic objectives and align with Quilter Cheviot's brand.

Lead Management: Track leads generated through central marketing activities. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure leads are aligned with the broader distribution strategy.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with internal teams, including Investment Managers, the Research Team and the Technical Team, to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.

Digital Marketing: Partner with the Digital team to support the development and execution of digital activity that enhances visibility across search, the website, social media, and email.

Content Development: Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing content, communications, campaigns, and advertisements. Ensure timely delivery across appropriate channels.

Financial Promotions Compliance: Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards by adhering to the company's financial promotions policies and procedures.

General Support: Provide support across day-to-day marketing activities and ad-hoc projects as required.

About You
  • You will have experience in a wealth management, investment management or financial advice firm. Experience in marketing in wealth or investment management, or targeting Financial Advisers is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, retirement planning, and wealth management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a wider team.
