We are recruiting on behalf of a growing business for a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and tech-savvy professional who can increase brand visibility, drive digital engagement, and build awareness across multiple channels.

The Marketing Executive will play an important role in supporting business growth, delivering marketing activity against agreed objectives, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen market presence. There is also genuine scope for the Marketing Executive to develop into a broader leadership position as the business continues to grow.

Day-to-day of the role

• Increase brand awareness and visibility across relevant markets and channels
• Drive digital marketing campaigns and advertising activity to improve engagement
• Create and publish engaging content across suitable media platforms
• Work closely with the wider commercial team to support growth objectives
• Deliver activity against agreed marketing KPIs and performance targets
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Use CRM and reporting tools to support marketing activity and track results
• Continually look for opportunities to strengthen the business's presence in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing position, ideally as a Marketing Executive or similar
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, techniques, and campaign delivery
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
• Commercial awareness with the ability to generate ideas that drive engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Confident, proactive, and able to promote the business effectively
• Able to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and manage workload independently
• Adaptable and comfortable operating within a growing business environment
