Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, motivated and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our clients team in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 2 years' marketing experience, or a recent graduate who has completed a relevant graduate programme or internship, and is now looking to take the next step in their marketing career. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in developing and delivering our marketing activity, with a particular focus on digital marketing, social media, content creation and promotional campaigns for the software and IT products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging social media content, graphics and promotional materials using Canva.
• Plan and maintain a social media and content calendar.
• Create marketing materials that clearly communicate the benefits and features their products.
• Work with internal teams to understand our products and translate technical information into clear, engaging customer-focused content.
• Support product launches, company announcements, events and other promotional initiatives.
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
• Manage and maintain marketing databases, mailing lists and relevant marketing platforms.
• Assist with SEO, website content and general digital marketing activity.
• Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Track marketing activity and measure results against agreed objectives.
• Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, social media, software and marketing technology.

About You:

• Approximately 2 years' experience in a marketing role, or recently completed a relevant marketing graduate programme.
• A degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A good eye for detail and an understanding of brand consistency.
• An interest in software, IT products and technology.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a wider team.
