About the Role

An established, fast-paced organisation within the professional services is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its dynamic in-house marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, ambitious and proactive marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to high-impact brand, digital and campaign activity. Support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple business divisions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering B2C and B2B marketing activity across several business units.
• Support the rollout of brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate marketing materials and liaise with internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Prepare content and assist with scheduling and reporting for email marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to lead generation across company websites.
• Create, schedule and manage social media content
• Monitor social activity, including responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
• Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools and external partner reports.
• Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in marketing, digital advertising or digital communications.
• Strong design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe tools or similar for digital assets and video.
• Highly organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
