Position - Marketing Executive
Location - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - Fridays remote)
Salary - £30,000 per annum

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join a young, collaborative, and forward-thinking tech and retail company based in Manchester.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience who loves bringing ideas to life through design, branding, and engaging content. You'll work across a range of creative projects - from digital campaigns and copywriting to email marketing and brand development - within a supportive and energetic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create on-brand visuals and assets using Canva and other design tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media.
• Develop and send engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp, helping to drive engagement and conversions.
• Write clear, compelling copy for website content, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving brand identity across all platforms, ensuring visuals and tone align with the company's style.
• Analyse campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement through creative insight and data-driven ideas.

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or creative role.
• Strong graphic design skills with proven experience using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience a bonus).
• Good understanding of branding, tone, and visual consistency.
• Excellent written communication skills with a flair for creative copywriting.
• Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Collaborative mindset - comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Eye for detail and passion for delivering visually striking, engaging marketing content.
