Freelance CRM & Email Marketing Executive

Location: Remote (West London-based team, optional office attendance up to 3 days/week)

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks (with potential extension)

We're looking for a freelance CRM & Email Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Ometria to support an established eCommerce team during a key transition period. You'll be responsible for executing daily email campaigns across multiple markets and coaching junior team members while maintaining high standards in CRM delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute daily email marketing campaigns using Ometria
• Deliver CRM campaigns across multiple regions (US, UK, EU, including French-language versions)
• Step in for a team member currently on medical leave, ensuring continuity in CRM delivery
• Coach and support junior team members to build platform and CRM knowledge
• Ensure segmentation, personalisation, and targeting are effectively used in all communications
• Monitor and optimise email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions)
• Work closely with the internal design/artwork team on creative assets
• Assist in migrating creative processes from Photoshop to Figma

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email and CRM marketing, ideally in an eCommerce or retail environment
• Advanced knowledge of Ometria platform and CRM campaign workflows
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Comfortable mentoring more junior colleagues
• Proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with Figma is a bonus
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Available for an immediate start

Contract Details:

• Rate: £160-£200/day (depending on experience)
• Location: Remote-friendly, with optional office days in West London (up to 3 days/week)
• Duration: 6 weeks initially
