How you'll power our business as a Marketing Executive - Automation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Automation Executive to join our Marketing team. Our goal is to be industry leaders, disrupting the traditional B2C energy market with a customer-centric and digital-first approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales & marketing automation.

Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Flogas Britain and the wider DCC Energy group. Your focus will be on developing and executing processes and campaigns to digitize key customer touchpoints within retention and acquisition channels, driving engagement and revenue growth.

Although our roots are in fossil fuels, we are working towards delivering 100% renewable energy by 2040. We support customers in reducing carbon emissions, transitioning from oil to gas, and developing technologies like heat pumps, solar panels, bio-fuels, and renewable gases. What we'll need from you
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software and tools, including apps, AI, and web tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign development and execution.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Commitment to continuous learning about marketing automation trends and practices.
  • Previous experience with platforms like HubSpot is desirable but not essential.
