Marketing Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Director to join one of Dublin's leading hospitality businesses, based in Dublin 2.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and commercial performance of an established premium brand. Managing two direct reports, the Marketing Director will work closely with the senior leadership team and wider commercial functions to drive awareness, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing and brand strategy
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, partnerships and traditional channels
• Protect and enhance the positioning of a premium, internationally recognised brand
• Work closely with sales, revenue and operational teams to support commercial objectives
• Oversee digital performance, website content, CRM activity and customer engagement
• Manage agency and external partner relationships
• Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities to strengthen the brand
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor campaign performance and return on investment
• Lead, support and develop a team of two
• Provide marketing insight and updates to the senior leadership team

The ideal candidate

• Significant senior marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, travel, leisure, premium retail or another customer-led environment
• Strong experience developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies
• A clear understanding of premium brand positioning and customer experience
• Commercially focused, with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and business performance
• Strong digital, CRM, content and communications experience
• Confident managing senior stakeholders, agencies and commercial partners
• An experienced and supportive people leader
• Comfortable operating in a visible, fast-paced and hands-on role

This role is based onsite in Dublin city centre five days per week and is offered as a maternity cover contract running until the end of August 2027.
