Marketing Director

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, social, and direct channels
• Deliver high-converting campaigns and compelling brand experiences
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
• Manage a team of 20 people - with 5 direct reports
• Drive lead generation, conversions, and audience growth
• Oversee marketing for global events, online programmes, and large-scale launches
• Analyse performance data to optimise ROI and channel efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Develop and manage affiliate and partnership programmes
