Marketing Coordinator

Fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave for 6 to 9 months. Missions

• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and email
• Act as the primary point of contact for external emails, managing communication and ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials to partners, customers, etc
• Use basic design skills to create presentations and other light marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency
• Coordinate the logistics and materials for events, trade shows and other local activities in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Provide administrative assistance, including tracking budgets, processing invoices and managing local activities

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English
• Ability to clearly articulate project needs and manage expectations with both internal and external stakeholders is a must
• High proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
