The position

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional based in the Barcelona area to support both BtoC and BtoB initiatives across multiple channels and markets for our amazing Nebulous Stars brand. This is a great opportunity to get involved in exciting brand campaigns, partner collaborations, and global marketing efforts-all in a fast-moving and team-oriented environment. What you will be doing

BtoC Marketing

• Contribute to the development of the global marketing strategy
• Define and execute social media, digital, and PR campaigns, and provide reporting
• Prepare Social Media calendar and copy, provide insights for the content creation team
• Manage online communities
• Monitor social media trends, competitors and distributors
• Manage fan newsletters
• Coordinate marketing activations and collaborations with licensees

Trade Marketing

• Assist in the development of commercial offers and merchandising strategies
• Coordinate retail projects (shop-in-shops)
• Organize trade shows, BtoB events, and sales meetings
• Handle design and marketing requests from distributors
• Create sales support materials
• Manage BtoB newsletters
• Develop LinkedIn communication plans

International Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor distributor marketing plans
• Maintain tracking documents and customer/leads database

You're the ideal candidate if you have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields
• 3+ years' experience as marketing coordinator or project manager
• Prior experience in digital marketing with a solid knowledge of social media (essential)
• Trade-marketing experience (highly desired)
• Event management skills would be appreciated
• Excellent writing and communication skills in French, English and Spanish.
• Good command of Excel, Powerpoint and Meta business manager. Mailchimp a plus.
• Organisational/planning skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis
• The possibility to travel for tradeshows
• Experience in the toys or youth industry would be a plus
