Marketing Coordinator - Risk & Broking

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activities for the Marketing Manager and, in some cases, the LOB Marketing Director. The role holder will be a key support in executing the marketing plan and will coordinate across all marketing teams and functions. The primary focus will be supporting the GB Retail and Global R&A within the risk and broking teams. This role requires collaboration with marketing colleagues and Line of Business teams across the global network. It is a hybrid role.

The Role:

Responsibilities include:

1. Marketing Delivery:
2. Supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing plan, including digital, social, email marketing, and both online and face-to-face events.
3. Coordinating and liaising with regional and global marketing teams, including CoEs (Communications, Design, PR, Digital, Research/Analytics) to deliver campaigns and programs.
4. Utilizing platforms such as Cvent, Marketo, Contact Monkey, Wrike, and ON24 for campaign delivery.
5. Building analytics with PowerBI and Excel to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and support sales goals.

Business awareness:

1. Developing a good understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by the Line of Business/Campaign.
2. Recognizing the importance of global connectivity for business growth and collaboration with industry initiatives.
3. Offering assistance and accepting help from colleagues to achieve marketing priorities.
4. This position is London-based with occasional travel to other locations.
