Job Description

We're working with a growing RegTech company that is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of their content strategy and execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with a structured, data-led approach to content marketing.

The role involves developing and managing content across a range of formats and platforms, supporting product launches, sales enablement and broader go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will be confident creating high quality content that speaks to a B2B audience, understands SEO inside out and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a content strategy that supports marketing and commercial goals
  • Plan and maintain the content calendar across all channels and formats
  • Create and optimise content including blogs, case studies, social posts, whitepapers and guides
  • Use AI tools to support content planning, automation and performance tracking
  • Apply SEO best practices, including EEAT principles, keyword targeting and link strategies
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to align messaging with business priorities
  • Conduct testing on messaging, headlines and formats to improve engagement and conversion
  • Track performance and report on content KPIs with clear insights and recommendations
  • Manage the company's editorial standards and content quality
  • Support executive thought leadership through authored content and contributed pieces
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS
  • Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant tools
  • Comfortable using AI platforms to support workflow and content performance
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong planning and project management abilities
  • Able to interpret content performance data and apply insights
  • Confident working across teams and managing multiple projects at once
  • Happy to work from the London office on a hybrid model
