Marketing Capability Director - International CMA

Marketing Capability Director - International CMA vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Provide strategic and operational support to the International Marketing Excellence Director in shaping and delivering the international marketing excellence roadmap.
• Support development of a comprehensive international marketing capability framework in collaboration with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Co-create a robust, data-driven assessment framework with external partners to evaluate marketing capabilities primarily across 10 key markets and rest of international countries in Q2.
• Support the implementation of the end-to-end execution of the marketing capability assessment process across selected markets in Q2
• Create a library of existing training programs, capability frameworks.
• Support the creation of internal stakeholder mapping for marketing excellence
• Coordinate with agencies to create the framework and assessment.
• Coordinate with local market teams, HR, and external agencies to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality delivery.

Your experience/knowledge:

- Proven experience in marketing, omnichannel and commercial roles.

- Experience in brand planning, launch, transformation and organizational development initiatives.

- Track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
